Canon 60D what a revolution.

After many rumors, the prestigious Japanese Company released to the market its new DSLR camera, which is characterized by offering the newest technology in digital photography plus very amazing HD1080p video capabilities, that are being used all over the world in very important photographic, and video productions.

Among its features, the EOS 60D has a 3-inch rotating screen, you can rotate through 270 º and move up or down at 175 º, allowing the photographer to facilitate the capture of almost all possible images. It also has the DIGIC 4 of 18 megapixels, the most modern and complete of the brand.

Video recording with the new Canon 60D also brings a few new features: it has Full HD recording capabilities at 1920 x 1080p (30, 25 and 24 fps) and 720p HD video (60 and 50 fps). With the EOS 60 D you can adjust various settings of lighting, video clippings and evenRAW development to get JPG images. It is compatible with SD, SDHC and SDXC. Is available at a price of around $ 1,099 for the body alone, and 1300 dollars including the18-135 mm Canon lens.

Here are some very cool pics I took about 3 weeks ago in the Caribbean with the 60D using a Canon EF-S 18-135mm F/3.5.6 IS lens. I hope you will like them. click on them to enlarge the image.

  6. Beautiful pictures, Juan. Why do you like to take pictures? What drew you to photography? And, how long have you been taking pictures as part of a passion? This camera is a nice addition. What is the ULTIMATE in a camera collection?

  8. Thanks Dr Sanders, in my family there have always been some semi-pro photographers around. so i have been exposed to cameras since i was little. however i am literally in love with this canon 60d, since it is letting me project how my art looks like into really cool images. Ultimate is imagination i think that it is the only tool we need to be creative.
